Day Trip to Kamakura / Enoshima: 鎌倉・江の島日帰り旅行

Hope everyone is enjoying the nice fall weather now.☺

The last weekend was such a nice day, and I decided to go on a short day trip to Kamakura / Enoshima.

Kamakura is a well-known tourist destination, and it is not to far from the central Tokyo area. You could get there in around one hour. If you live at our B-SITE Yokohama or in Yokohama, you could get there in 30 min.

This time, I took the Enoden, local tram line between Enoshima and Kamakura.

It is actually quite thrilling to see the train goes out to the street or run through narrow train track.

Arriving Kamakura, I visited Tsuruoka Hachimangu Shrine.
As the weather was so nice, it was quite crowded.

After the visit to the shrine, I went for a lunch at a Japanese noodle, Soba, restaurant.

And, of course, you cannot end your trip without enjoying a dessert.
There are so many vendors, but I decided to stop by a honey shop and ordered a honey soft-serve ice cream.

It was such a warm day, and the ice cream was delicious!

This area is very close from the central Tokyo, and it is a must visit place.

Thank you for reading!
